First Monday in November! Are you motivated? No? I definitely know that feeling of not wanting to get through another busy week.
I may have a quick fix for that problem. Three, in fact.
1. A quick workout works wonders!
A quick workout or brisk walk can increase your energy levels and improve your mood. Before you know it, your body will have recovered, making it easier to overcome Monday laziness.
2. Prioritize tasks.
Yes. Prioritize your most important tasks. Tackling your most important tasks early in the day can give you a sense of accomplishment and motivation to tackle the rest of the day.
3. Finally, use the Pomodoro Technique.
This technique helps you break your work into focused blocks of time. Work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break. You’ll be more focused, less likely to burn out, and it’ll be easier for you to stay motivated throughout the day.
